The issue of data protection is of paramount importance to us.
1. Data collection
We collect data for storage and processing purposes. Every user visit to our website is logged, which results in retrieval of the following data: the current IP address of the user’s PC, the date and time, the browser type, the PC operating system, and the web pages visited by the user. As a rule, access to personally identifiable data is neither possible nor intended. Within the framework of our website, anonymised data is collected and stored for marketing and optimisation purposes by means of Google Inc. software (GoogleAnalytics, see http://www.google.de/analytics/de-DE/). This data is used to create user profiles, which are assigned respective pseudonyms. In this context, cookies may be used that collect and store data exclusively in pseudonym form. The user can object to the collection and storage of data at any time with continued effect thereafter. This data is collected solely for the purpose of data security and for optimisation of our website. Data will not be analysed in any way, other than for statistical purposes.
2. Data use, dissemination
Personal data (e.g. name, address, e-mail address) supplied to us by a user is used only for correspondence with the user, and for the explicit purpose intended by the user upon providing such data. We do not disclose personal data to third parties unless this is required by law, or unless the user has given their prior consent.

Personal data supplied to us by a user can be deleted at any time at the user’s request.

When a user opens an account, he/she consents to the storage of his/her personal data (e.g. name, address, e-mail address) along with his/her user data (user name, password).

Personal data is only stored for as long as it serves the purpose for which it was supplied. Above all, we must observe data retention periods required under commercial and/or fiscal law.
6. Your rights
If a user no longer consents to the storage of his/her personal data, or if this data becomes invalid, then we shall delete or modify it after receiving appropriate notification from the user, to the extent that it is legally permissible to do so. Upon request, we are happy to provide users with free information indicating which of their personal data has been stored by us. Use of our website involves the application of cookies. These cookies store a randomly generated session code, and, if applicable, the user ID, enabling the user to be identified as a registered user.
